Rosebud is about a new start…It's about the whimsical twists that destiny plans for us. It's about people not always in touch with all aspects of their existence, forgetting a prime detail for all its goriness blinded in their hope to find an exit. Ignoring the intolerable cruelty that fate many a times store for us and we can hear its shrill laughter from a distance. Enjoying this moment in sunshine…however it is just a moment…
As life bounces back…with new hope, new courage, new grit and new dreams almost as sure as the water that finally is bound to roll down from an empty faucet.

In this first venture with live action, the director paints the traumatic side of life only to end with a visual imagery of the victory of the indomitable human spirit.

The movie talks about a female escort who starts nurturing dreams and expects to start a new life with aid from a wonderful man that she befriends. Her dreams are shattered in one evening…so are her hopes of becoming a dancer. But then she does not give up. Amidst all her anguish she decides to live on and still in some obscure corner of her heart nurture a frail feeling…may be some other day... may be some other life.
