Big Boss knows he must make an example out of Akito or risk losing face with the other bosses. Big boss arranges a meeting with Akito at a busy, exclusive upscale restaurant. Knowing Akito's affinity for the high-life and exotic tastes, Big Boss arranges a dinner surprise: blowsfish. Blowfish can be fatal if not cooked properly. KNowing this Big Boss places his own people in the restaurant in order to sabotage the menu.

FUKU

After Akito bites into a piece of the the blowfish, the pain starts to hit him almost immediately. Big Boss watches, cold and silently as the boy he once thought as a son dies before his very eyes. But what Big Boss doesn't realize is that Akito is tougher than he had given him credit for. Years of eating blowfish has boosted his immunity to the poisin - if only temporarily. It's enough though to buy Akito some time. He springs back to life challenging Big Boss to a final Bloody showdown. All the while, the poison is overtaking Akito. And it quickly becomes a race against time to see who will come out on top .... or if anyone will at all.
